The Exercise that Bulletproofs Your Shoulders
If you’re like me (and the odds are you most certainly are on this topic) shoulders are at or near the top of “must vulnerable” body part list. Honestly, I can’t do enough to protect them, because nothing throws a brick on the road to gains faster than a shoulder injury.
