Tricep Pushdown Confusion
Overhand or underhand? Bar or rope? What’s a guy to do? Bottom line: do sweat it. Pick one that you are comfortable with and keep your elbows close to your torso. And you don’t have to do all kinds of variations in a chain of sets. Just go with one… they all are doing essentially the same thing (I go with bar/overhand). In the time you save cutting back to one variation make sure you get in the compound moves that really build strength and size: weighted dips and/or close-grip barbell press.
